Production times vary during busy seasons. Estimated Turn Around Time (TAT) is always posted on our website so please review carefully before placing your order to ensure you receive your items by the date needed. We can only estimate a ship date. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your shipping notification. Estimated TAT also appears on the email receipt you received when you placed your order.
Shirts are not available in size7, 9 or 11. If ordering that size set, the next size up shirt will be sent unless otherwise specified.
We have a 24 hour cancellation period during which time you may cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order but do not cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be charged for the item and it will be shipped to the provided address.
Please keep in mind that fabrics on items ordered may be slightly different than the sample you see in the shop but we can promise it will be pretty darn close!
All of our items are handmade and thus there may be slight differences between the products you see in the shop and the products you order. This is what makes each piece unique because you know it was made just for you!
Custom requests are always welcome! Shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Custom Request” in the subject line and we’ll reply to you as quickly as possible.
If you are ordering a set and need a different size for the shirt or shorts leave in the notes at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order after it’s been placed. We also cannot make changes to your shipping address. Our apologies for any inconvenience. As we grow, we’re hoping this is something we can improve upon in the future.
Email is our preferred method of communication and it’s also where you’re likely to get the quickest response. You can reach us at email@example.com. We receive hundreds of questions/comments/concerns every day so please allow at least 48 hours to pass to receive a response before placing another inquiry.
